Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how BellyZelly ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit bellyzelly.com or use our free-to-play games (the "Service"). It also serves as our notice at collection for California residents.
1. Information We Collect
- Account information you give us: first name, email address, and a password. The password is stored only as a cryptographic hash; we never see or store the password itself.
- Usage information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and approximate (city-level) location derived from your IP, collected through server logs and cookies.
- Gameplay data: which games you open. Demo credits live inside the games themselves and have no monetary value.
We do not collect payment information (there is nothing to buy), government identifiers, or precise geolocation.
2. How We Use Information
- To create and manage your account, verify your email address, and let you play;
- To send you service emails (email confirmation, important account notices);
- To operate, secure and improve the Service, and prevent fraud and abuse;
- To measure the performance of our advertising campaigns in aggregate;
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Cookies and Analytics
We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in, and browser storage to remember your virtual coin balance. Our advertising partners (such as Google Ads) may set cookies or use similar technologies to measure ad performance (for example, to know that a sign-up followed an ad click). You can control cookies through your browser settings.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information only with:
- Service providers that host our infrastructure and store our data (e.g., Cloudflare) or help us process sign-ups and send service emails, only as needed to operate the Service;
- Game providers whose games are embedded on the Service: when you open a game, your browser loads it from the provider's servers, which receive your IP address and standard browser information;
- Advertising platforms (e.g., Google): limited measurement data about ad conversions, which may qualify as "sharing" under California law;
- Authorities when required by law, or to protect our rights, users or the public.
5. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose about you;
- Access a copy of your personal information;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information (including sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising);
- Non-discrimination: we will never treat you differently for exercising your rights.
To exercise any of these rights, or to opt out of sharing, email us at privacy@bellyzelly.com with the subject "Privacy Request", or use our contact page. We will verify your request using the email address on your account and respond within 45 days. You may also use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: we do not sell personal information for money. To opt out of any sharing for advertising measurement, email privacy@bellyzelly.com with subject "Do Not Sell or Share".
6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
The Service is intended for adults 21 years of age and older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (or under 21, per our eligibility rules). If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at privacy@bellyzelly.com.
7. Data Retention
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account (or ask us to), we delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards: all traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, passwords are stored only as salted cryptographic hashes, and access to personal data is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
9. Your Choices
- You can request deletion of your account and data at any time via privacy@bellyzelly.com;
- You can opt out of any non-essential email;
- You can block cookies in your browser (the sign-in cookie is required for play).
10. Changes to This Policy
We review this policy at least every 12 months and will post any changes here with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted on the Service.
